Alice Lynch

Alice Lynch is a Foreign Affairs specialist who advises policymakers on matters relating to national security, emerging technologies and investment security. Prior to her current role, Alice was a Defence and Security Analyst at RAND Europe, where her research focused on strategic decision making, capability development and European defence and security, with a particular focus on emerging technologies and their defence and security implications. Alice holds an MA in Applied Security Strategy from the University of Exeter.
