Bio

Di Cooke is an open philanthropy technology policy fellow in the International Security Program at the Center for Strategic and International Studies (CSIS). Her areas of expertise include emerging technology policy within a defense and intelligence context, AI governance and risk, open-source intelligence (OSINT), and deception and counter-deception efforts in the digital space. Di has worked on policy-relevant research and activities at the intersection of technology and security across academia, government, and industry.
