Mélusine Lebret

Mélusine Lebret is a Research Assistant at RAND Europe. She conducts qualitative and quantitative policy research on space governance, artificial intelligence, emerging technologies, and future and foresight studies, using a range of research methods. She has recently worked on a study of Russian space strategy, as well as supporting a number of ongoing RAND studies on space policy issues for the UK Space Agency, the Department for Science, Innovation and Technology, and the Regulatory Horizons Council.
