Dr Seoin Baek

Dr Seoin Baek is an Assistant Professor of the Department of Chinese Studies/Department of Robotics at the Hanyang University ERICA campus. Before joining to Hanyang University, he worked as Associate Research Fellow/Head of Science & Technology Diplomacy Policy Research Office at the Science and Technology Policy Institute (STEPI). His research investigates innovation policy and strategy at firm/industry/country level.
