Amy Harland is a Senior Visiting Fellow at CETaS, and a senior diplomat with over 20 years’ national security and geopolitical experience. She is currently focussed on Digital Transformation for the UK Foreign Office (areas of particular interest are AI adoption, and digital upskilling in government). She has worked around the world including in the Middle East, East Africa, and most recently in Israel, where she served as Political Counsellor in the British Embassy Tel Aviv.
