Bio
Jonathan Hall KC is Senior Visiting Fellow at CETaS. He is a leading barrister and the UK's Independent Reviewer of Terrorism Legislation, appointed firstly in May 2019 by the Home Secretary and re-appointed in March 2022 for a further 3-year term. In February 2024 he was also appointed the first Independent Reviewer of State Threat Legislation.
